Refund policy
Returns
All items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure the highest level of quality. Please inspect your items when you receive them as we do not accept returns unless your item is deemed faulty, have been incorrectly described or different to the items ordered.
Returns will not be accepted on any item damaged by you, altered an any way or if you simply change your mind.
Due to the nature of headwear, refunds are not offered. Every order is made and packaged carefully before posting.
Each order is quality checked and packed by Madame Melanie.
No refunds will be given on custom orders.
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your goods, any inquiries after this date will not be accepted.
Return freight
It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and we strongly recommend be returned via registered post or courier as we take no responsibility for the loss of returned items in transit.
Shipping
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct delivery information. Madame Melanie accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or any shipping delays.
I photograph each product before shipping.
Sale items
We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items.
